I use Aptana Studio to code XHTML pages controled with a CSS sheet.
Go see CSS Zen Garden for more modern techniques.

well their graphic apps are industry standard but dreamweaver really isnt all that, it’s just a glorified code editor, I use it too sometimes but u really don’t need it.
