i think his roof is pitched a little to steep to to retain much heat and he didn’t mention that your spruce or cedar bows or even fern leaves should be pointing down, bark works good too because you can stack it like a cedar shake roof

apparently ray mears is the only one who knows how to light a match XD ive been doing winter camping for a while and i light them the way i want and it doesnt snap. just dont put pressure.

anyways, survival shows arent as good as people on youtube who have accounts and teach you how to do it step by step, also since im trying to get my degree in survival education, the teachers are just AMAZING compared to survival shows. no doubt about that.
